Please include a copy of your public liability insurance. Applications cannot be processed without this.

If your insurance expires before the date of the event an updated copy will need to be sent to info@malvernpride.org before the event takes place. Please state clearly on your email the name your application is under and which event it relates to.

Further Information

• All applications will be carefully vetted and all traders will be informed whether their products and services are accepted or not.

• Set up time for stall holders is between 08:00 and 11:00. Vehicles will be directed on site for unloading by stewards until 11:00 then vehicles have to be off site.

• Early closing is not an option. This event ends at 18:00 and stall holders can only start closing down at this time, with vehicles directed off site at 18:30 to allow the public time to leave.

• You are also responsible for your stall in the case of adverse weather during the event.

• Being granted a stall, regardless of the location allocated to you, will not guarantee a high level of engagement.

• You and your staff must take responsibility for display and your attitude towards customers, the event organiser, volunteers, and fellow stall holders at all times.

• You must clear and dispose of any waste produced by your stall and leave the space as you found it.

Please attach evidence of your Public Liability insurance at the time of application.

If you will be using any electrical equipment on the day, please ensure that it carries an up to date PAT certificate.

A deposit is required and final payment due by 1st July 2022 

If you are accepted as a stall holder we will invoice you for the deposit, which is non refundable and then we will invoice the balance six weeks before the event. If you have not paid invoice within two weeks of issue we will have to cancel your booking.
